Most of our as-built drawings are requested by Architects, Contractors and Interior Designers.. Additions and alterations on existing buildings require accurate sets of drawings to develop from. This nature of work takes the most of our production time

As-Built plans are a critical tool in assisting companies & corporates to reduce their monthly overheads and manage their assets as effectively as possible. We also offer a long term service to Facility Management departments to maintain, update and file building information.

Valuers & Financial Institutions

Valuers and financial institutions need to verify and document the condition(s) of an existing building at the time of valuation or purchase. We provide detailed measured building surveys in 2D & 3D to assist with this process. We also offer dilapidation report services where required.

Owners & Asset Management

Our experience and expertise aid us in preparing accurate sets of base plans. Latest SAPOA floor area guidelines are applied to determine rentable areas, GEAs + NIAs. Evidently, assets we have worked on, have achieved optimum rental value. A floor area certificate will also accompany the deliverables. Sectional titles will be handled by a professional Land Surveyor.

We assist with data for fit-outs, new stores, shopfronts, new finishes, millwork and casework. Real Estate

A simple As Built plan showing the room layouts and flow of the house together with basic dimensions and areas forms an important component of Real Estate professionals' marketing material.
